How to fix dashboard lights on a Pontiac Wave

My dashboard lights do not come on> I have checked fuses and even taken
dashboard apart to get at the bulbs be4hind the panel but all looked good?

Sometimes the dimmer will fail and that is often the case if all the lights that are out are on the dimmer.
If that is the case, you need to replace the dimmer/light switch.

Ok thanks Dr CranknWrench...now I have to figure out how to get at that part ? any hints?

When removing any interior stuff, it is either body plug whcih pull out straight but with care. Or, there will be a retaining screw. If you had the dash/gauges out, you were already half way there.
There is no easy way at it, keep all the screws, plugs that come out and most importantly where the wires go when you put it back together.
