my car wont start its acting like no fuel is getting to it, neighbors seem to think its a fuel pump could it be anything else?

Always start by checking the fuses 1st
check for spark (if not sure how check our video collection as it show you how )
when 1st key on fuel pump should come on for few seconds try and listen to it

by the fuel fill
