2005 Pontiac Montana left turn signal

driver's side turn signal is not working; i already replaced the bulb and checked the fuse; both are ok; when switching the selector inside high-frequency clicking sound can be heard; rear turn signal is working;

check to make sure it is the correct bulb and if made in china throw it away and buy a brand name one. even fi they aren't made in u.s.. then check ground to that light. and wiring to make sure it is getting power.
