HELLO &Thanks 2005 pont montana heat prob check stat blows good heat when driving stop drive let it idle blows cold air when shift from floor or vent to defrost i hear air doors working

HI i have checked stat blows heat when driving stop& idel blowes cold air when i go from flore or vent to defrost i hear gates open&close

Check the coolant level it could be low, or the heater control valve is sticking.
