Hi I have noticed since I bought my 2005 grand prix that when I accelerate and the gears shift that its not smooth, I can feel it a bit. I also noticed that when I put the car into drive or reverse the engine moves a bit. I took a video of me putting the transmission into gear but can figure out how to show you.
I've changed transmission fluid and filter which helped it accelerate slightly smoother but not much. I also used to have hesitation problems when accelerating but changing spark plugs and wires fixed that.
