Are my engine mounts bad or is it something else?

Hi I have noticed since I bought my 2005 grand prix that when I accelerate and the gears shift that its not smooth, I can feel it a bit. I also noticed that when I put the car into drive or reverse the engine moves a bit. I took a video of me putting the car into drive and reverse and revving it in those gear with my foot on the brake. Can you please tell me if the movement when shifting into drive or reverse is excessive and if the movement when revving is excessive? Thanks

I've had the transmission fluid and filter changed and it helped make acceleration a little smoother but not much.
