The heater runs hot as driving when i first turn it on, then goes to warm, and it will do the same cycle if i turn it off and turn it back on 2 mins later. At an idle it starts warm then goes to cold. My temp gauge also fluctuates between 195-215 as i am driving. Just changed thermostat, no change. Checked reservoir, shows it being to the full line.
