i can see water near my feet, greenish in color, i noticed this in winter maybe after turning the heater on!

i noticed this problem this winter, my friend told me to check the radiators water , i did, seems it decreased ! by the way it has bad smell

Sounds like the heater core is leaking-get it checked-
