2005 Opel Corsa Struggling Change Gears Feels Though Clutch Clutch Cable

im struggling to change gears, it feels as though i have no clutch. My clutch cable is turned to the highest point but i am still struggling to find the gears. could it be something to do with my clutch cylinder?

if the drive is taken up at the top of the pedal movement you are probably due for a clutch replacement, get a mechanic to road test and report on this for you.
