Engine oil and filter change

I was doing an oil change on my 2005 nissan titan and when I took the drain plug out no oil came out. The dip stik still reads full.I changed the filter all normal. Still no oil out the bottom. Put the plug back in. Dip stik still reads full. Started the truck ran for ten min. Pulled the plug again removed the cap. Still no oil. Can you help please.

Fluid Types

SAE Viscosity Number

GASOLINE ENGINE OIL

SAE 5W-30 viscosity oil is preferred for all temperatures.

SAE 10W-30 and 10W-40 viscosity oil may be used if the ambient temperature is above -18°C (0°F)

API Certification Mark

API grade SG, SH or SJ, Energy Conserving II or API grade SL, Energy Conserving

ILSAC grade GF-II & GF-III

Drain and refill (Approximate)

With oil filter change .................... 6 1/2 qt. (5 1/2 Imp qts., 6.2 L)

Without oil filter change .................... 6 1/4 qt. (5 1/4 Imp qts., 5.9 L)
