The gas pedal acuator and the throttle body have been replaced.

start with fuel pressure check.

I would think on the lines of the Mass Air flow sensor or an air leak in the snorkel between the sensor and the throttle body.

Are there any trouble codes?
Were the components replaced as a result of trouble codes and/or testing or just swap and hope it works?
