How do you adjust the rear hatch since it doesn't shut tightly and rattles?

The back door striker can be adjusted inwards to reduce the amount of free travel. Mark initial position, loosen the 2 screw and move the striker inwards. Test and readjust if necessary.
If you can't adjust it sufficiently, the striker would have to be replaced because the plastic covering has worn off.
