My trunk latch came completely loose and is behind the liner. The liner has 4 plastic clips that I am not sure how to remove without tearing them up. They appear to have a slot in them, but I cannot get them to move by hand - what is the best method to remove these?

The center of the clip pulls out about a quarter of a inch, then the rest of the clip comes out. the center clip when pushed in expands the sides of the inside to hold it in something like a rivit does. If you ever need clips for whatever reason they do sell them at automotive stores instead of going to dealers.
