Noise when hitting breaks

My car has been making noise like something is wrong with my breaks. I have had breaks and roters changed. Now it only happens when I hit the breaks when moving forward. If I hit the breaks while going backwards it doesn't make the noise. What could possibly be the problem?

Noise a squeal? if yes may need cleaning or an antisqueal product applied
