What will make my truck cut back when driving?

my truck cuts back when driving. it hesitates while driving down the road. it cuts off and has hard time restarting. i had it tested and these are the codes they said it was my R&R fr 02 sensor and R&R maf sensor. could these sensors be causing the problems i am having?

Possible but unlikely. When the problem occurs, check for fuel pressure and spark.

those are codes for a vacuum leak check all of your hoses
