2005 Nissan Armada Heater Works Great Get Blow On Floor Will Fine Out Vents

My heater works great, but I can not get it to blow on to the floor. It will blow fine out the vents and out the defroster, just not on the floor.

Check the ventilation door movement and ensure it is not restricted.
