2005 Nissan Altima Two Electrical Connections Hanging On Driver Side Near Bottom

i have two electrical connections hanging on the driver side near the bottom of the radiator can anyone help guide me in where these belong or what they are to?

has this car been wrecked? if it has taek it back to where it was fixed and complain to them . if not we need the color of wires that they are not the connector. it may be for fog lights, temp sensor, horn or air bag sensors. try turning on all lights and see if any are out for a start, blow horn etc.it may be just there for another model as well.
