2005 Nissan Altima Other Day Put Car Drive Would Move Shift 3 Gear Didi Nt Move

The other day I put the car in drive and it would not move. I shift to 3 gear it didi'nt move and then shift to 1st gear and began to to drive about 20 miles an hour if I went any faster it got a little louder.
