2005 Nissan Almera You Advise

I have an Almera Tino 2005, 1.8. Ive been having trouble starting it and the red car picture shows. We thought it was the key as nothing else seemed to be wrong and about a year ago I had same problem with my other key. However I had it checked by Scotlock who said key was fine and that there was a recall on these cars due to fault NATS P1614.

Contact a dealer to see if there is a recall. I have no listing of it.
