Hi, pulled onto a verge to allow a van to pass on a narrow road. Engine stalled (probably me!) I re-started engine, into gear but was unable to drive - just rolled down the hill and part way up the other side, thick black smoke from exhaust. Engine sounded ok. Turned off, re-started, drove home no problem, about 5 miles. Should I be concerned, I need to tow a horse trailer full of hay this week!! Many thanks, Sally.
