our 2005 endeavor was just serviced we were charged for 12 plugs at 9.99 a plug. it is a 6 cylinder does it have 12 plugs?

No, there are only 6 spark plugs. You have been double billed.
If your mileage is correct, most probably the spark plugs are not even due for replacement yet. If they are of the iridium type, the replacement should be at least 60k miles.
