Injector Not Working?

MERCURY TRUCK V8,4.6L 2005 MODEL ONE BANK WITH ONE BANK INJECTOR FUNCTIONING WHILE ONE BANK INJECTOR IS NOT FUNCTIONING,CHECKED AND FOUND THAT THERE'S IS NO GROUND FROM THE PCM.

is the return wires to the pcm intact and ohmed out as to not being broken?? if they are good, you may have a failed pcm.
