I need detailed procedure on how to get to the rear spark plugs and what I need to replace after reaching the spark plugs, ie., intake manifold gasket, etc.

Hello,

You must remove the upper intake to replace the spark plugs. Here is a guide and some diagrams (below) to help you get the job done.
