car will not start

rear ended a vehicle last night. minimal body damage to my car..impact was on front passenger side. when starting the car it turn stay cranked for a few seconds. this morning when starting the car-it turns but will not crank. not sure if using correct terminolgy..but it will not crank up. radio and lights works fine.

check the fuel cut off switch on the rf kick panel under the dash. push down the ball to re set.
