1 Remove cover on left below instrument panel
2 Disconnect connector for evaporator temperature sensor (B10/6x1)
3 Pull evaporator temperature sensor (B10/6) out of A/C housing (1)
4 Install in opposite order.

Would you please expound on step 1 in order to get to the sensor. Please also mention which cover on the left needs to be removed.

The cover on the left means the soundproof panel under the drivers side dash. Attaching picture. It should be component #10 once you remove the cover you should see the climate box and sensor should be visible according to the instructions. Good luck to you and I hope this helps.
