my newly rebuilt engine won't start

Dear Sir I have a 2005 Mazda RX8 automatic. Model is 13B (Rotary Engine).I had just done a complete overhaul on the engine. However, after the complete overhaul was done, I was not able to start the engine. There were a few occasions whereby the engine We had done a complete overhaul on this Mazda RX8 rotary engine. After installing/assembling all the parts, the engine got great difficulty to start. Occasionally, the engine was able to start. However, it only last for a few minutes. After that. the engine stalled and it will not be able to start again.

Make sure that the ignition timing is correct, you have a good spark and fuel pressure, start here.

Thank you for your advice.

The ignition timong is right, spark also good.
However, we noticed that the fuel pressure is abnormal. There are huge quantity of fuel flow when we tried to start the engine.

May I know how to rectify that in order for the fuel pressure to be normal?
