engine light just came on

I have a Mazda MPV, right at 80000 miles, 2005, the engine light just came on, the car is very well maintained, now running rough at an idle, is an emissions sensor set to trigger for replacement at 80k that would cause this? I looked to see if there is anything apparent, vacuum hose, fuel cap tight, etc...

it is a fuel control issue. you need to have the code read and get back to us with the number.
