2005 Mazda 6 exhaust emissions failed MOT.

Gas Values on emission test = CO 9.45. CO2 9.20.O2 0.08. Lambda 0.744.I have had 4 new plugs fitted, a new air filter, a new cat and Lambda censors checked - ok. What can be wrong. Could it be the Fuel injectors. Help.

Bingo indicates Very Rich fuel mix so leaky injectors would be right
