I am replacing the front struts on a 2005 Lincoln Town Car. Besides the 3 bolts on top and the bolt underneath, are there any other front suspension parts I need to remove in order to remove the struts?

Nope. Just be sure to use a real spring compressor because these are very small and stiff springs. If you use the little pair of toy compressors that are a threaded rod with a hook on each end, you'll need to install them while the car's weight is compressing the spring, then hope they don't break and cause serious injury if the spring releases. Here is how the job is done just repeat for the other side. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
