2005 Lincoln Aviator 05 aviator overheating

I recently replaced the radiator thermostat and water pump I bled the cooling system and it's still overheating the top radiator hose gets hot but the bottom hose is cold

It sound as if you have no circulation, I would be checking for a faulty new thermostat and make sure it is installed in the correct direction.
