And the car rides hard what could it be ...i also have electronic air shocks. Lexus Ls430 When driving little bumps feel like big ones and i feel every bump.also when driving feels like the wheels are not staying on the road . And i feel it in the steering wheel

Have you check the tire pressures?Over inflated tires will do that.
