No power steering first thing in morning-comes back after about 10 -15 seconds- ok rest of day. Reservoir is full. Just happened

Check the condition of the power steering fluid. It it has a grey-ish or silver tint. If it does, have the system flushed, but it could be a problem with the power steering rack's "spool valves" and would require replacment of the power steering rack & pinion assembly.
