What could be casing a squeeking, squeeling, almost screeching sound whenever I make a Right turn?

I have a 2005 Kia Spectra 5 SRS - 4 cylinder (toyota Engine) - "What could be casing a squeeking, squeeling, almost screeching sound whenever I make a right turn?"

I know a car is not supposed to make such a noise. I have driven other cars and never encountered that. I know there is something wrong.

Please help!
