2005 SEDONA LOSES SPEED GOING UP A HILL. We have changed the plugs the wires and coils and also the catalyic converter.

try cleaning the mass air flow sensor. Sometimes those will get dirty and cause a lose in power. Any parts store carries the cleaner, on the the back of the can it will give you the directions on how to clean it.

First, you didn't mention if you have a check engine light on. If you do, always begin by having the computer scanned for codes. This will eliminate the guessing.
Second, it is NEVER a good idea to chase down a problem by replacing parts. It's too expensive and almost never works. Only if you're lucky.
When you suspect a part, test it. If it test bad, then replace it.
