I have a friend I am helping with his 2005 Kia Sedona. Presents a no-start problem. Battery is new, terminals/cables appear in good shape, starter relay in fuse box behind battery was substituted, no start. Checked battery voltage and upon attempted start show little if any drop in voltage. Friend says this is like his sixth starter in five years. I am thinking cheap starter?
