2005 Kia Sedona, When put in gear, the engine moves forward or backward,depending on what gear, and makes a strang noise. Why?

Have the car checked for a broken engine /transmission mount, start here.

Yea,the engine mounts seem ok, but I didn't think about the transmission. Thanks Mark.
