Bucking or chugging

2005 Kia sadona van code 302.misfire set once has not reset. Also code po 171. lean condition. It has reset. When driving the car it will for a short time start bucking or chugging and some times die if at lower rpm. But all other times runs good. could this be fuel or elect.

P0302 is a misfire in cylinder # 2 and it is related to P0171 which means a lean running condition, mostly a fault in the fuel system.
