the rear heater doesn't work for my 05 kia sedona the fuse seems to be okay but when i turn on the rear heater switch the rear heater does not turn on

Does the indicator lamp in the instrument cluster turn on when switch is operated?

Have you checked the defroster relay?

Are you able to perform test with a test lamp?

Start by testing the rear blower motor

Diagram shows how to apply battery voltage to the blower motor to test.
