2005 Kia Rio Just Replaced Master Brake Cylinder On 05 Rio Bled Primed

Just replaced Master Brake Cylinder on 05 Rio. Bled and primed the Master Cylinder as the instructions indicated. Have plenty of brake pressure when engine is off but none when the engine is on

you still have air in the system.
