i have been bumped into the back of, i have a kia rio and there is a small dent plus crack in the bottom of my back bumper, plus my boot wont open. how much do you think it will cost to repair?

This is only an idea because I'm not there to see it and don't know why the boot won't open. Based on replacing the bumper cover, paint, and labor, I would expect around 800.00.
