My 2005 kia optima has 87k miles. RPMs spike when engine shifts from 2nd to 3rd when accelerating. What do I do?

Have the TPS and VSS sensor checked out-okay if it continues have it pressure tested to find out more what's going on

What are these sensors? I just had 2 sensors changed out about 8000 miles ago one I believe was a cam I think ( one in front and other under the back of engine)
