I am Getting The Error Code PO172 Check Engine Light is On

today while driving i got this check engine light on, i had a scanner so scanned and gave the error code PO172 system Too Rich (Bank 1)

Whats the problem and what to do...

check for a dirty air filter first. then check the fuel pressure. it shold be 46-49psi with vacuum line disconnected and 37 psi with vacuum line attached. if not within that range given then replace fuel pressure regulator or hose or pipe. also if you pull the vacuum line off regulator and it spits gas out replace it.
