Wisps of white smoke (no smell maybe sweet smell) coming through a/c vents in Jeep. The a/c was turned off, and Jeep started to run a little warmer. When I turned a/c to high it blew all the smoke out and Jeep cooled down. Is it freon or a heater core?

It's really sounding like the heater core

Best thing to to would be to replace it!

A "TEMPORARY GET BY" might be some "Stop Leak"---There are many on the market now, Ask the "Seasoned Parts Feller" at the auto parts store, which he would use in this situation.

This may or may not work, but I have had good results on radiators!

Let me know how it does, follow the directions, and maybe drive it further/ longer than they recommend..........It usually works fast!

They just re-did the site, I just noticed the date of your question, Sorry you were not seen by someone earlier........I am just now sorta getting this figgered out, how to use the new system.
