My Electronic Throttle Control Warning Light is coming on, it seems to be coming on more and more lately. Is this something I should be concerned about? I've also had some noises with my steering after my Jeep is driven for an hour or 2. When I turn the wheel it makes a noise like something is rubbing or no fluids, I have brought it into a mechanic and they changed out my power steering fluid and added a additive but it is still making the noise after driven for awhile, he said to give it some time for the additive to work, would these issues be related? Thank you....

Get a scan done to retrieve the trouble code and let us know what they are.
Steering noise could be something else and it would depend on where the noise is coming from.
