the warning on the dash reads crise not available, check rear lights. The 2 outside rear stop light bulbs do not come on the once in combination with signal lights work properly. the cruise can be set to not to exid top speed, but cruise is not available to be set to maintain speed.where should I start

check fuse 3 and 22 under h ood then have it scanned for codes for cruise control. scan for codes for lights as well as it may be the body processor module. Need to check the brake switch
