car went in for mot failed due to brake pipes o/s/f/front to rear pipes and brake pads on back. replaced pipes and fitted new brake pads. topped up brake fluid and bled brakes. found front brakes binding on road test.triedsecond hand master cylinder to cure fault. made no difference. on further investigation brake pivot bar was partially seized and not returning fully, keeping front brakes slightly applied. now stripped and freed. now garage is saying it is the servo unit. do not know if relevant but cruise control comes up on dash.is this normal/?after all this will fitting new servo cure problem or what can you suggest. much appreciated
