You need to retrieve the trouble code to find out what is causing it.
As to non starting, are you able to crank without starting or it does not crank at all?

You need to check the engine compression, battery and starter. If cranking speed is low, it might not be easy to start. Check the glow plugs as well.

I took the glow plug out, and checked them individually.
I connected its to 24V. It took 10 s to heat.
Cranking speed is normal. Can I check compression by using
pressure gauge.

For Diesel engines the compression is rather high so you need appropriate pressure gauge to test.

Sorry I do not have the information on your vehicle. If the rail pressure is incorrect, a scan tool should be able to diagnose it.

I gave it to the auto electricians. But they had no appropriate diagnostic socket. Because this vehicle has many sockets. It has a 3 pin socket, we could able to communicate. But I have no a photo. But we have a doubt abut some data.

There should be an OBD-II socket somewhere as believe the system used is rather new.

Most generic scan tools would come with an adapter for pre-OBD-II diagnostic connectors.

Khlow04@streamy. Com.

I would like to know what information you have and it could be helpful to me as our database does not have any information for your vehicle.

Thank you.
