the engine light remain on?

i own an 2005 isuzu truck fitted with the smoother-f system. this morning my driver complained that the engine light remain on and the exhaust is not working. what is the problem?

Hello,

Best thing to do when the engine light gets illuminated is have the vehicle scanned for trouble codes. As this can be a number of reasons why it is on.
It could be something to do with the engine management system. It can also be exhaust and emission system faults as well.
