There is a button on the left hand side of the instrument panel that reads "PWR ECT HOLD. Could you tell me what these three options mean? I bought the car second hand and it did not come with any user manuals. My car is the CRDI model.

Many thanks, Lise Tavackoli

They are for the transmission mode selection.

ECT is the normal mode you use.

In POWER mode, the transmission upshifting is delayed and downshifting is faster.

HOLD is for locking onto a certain gear and prevent up or down shifting while driving.
