Wont start. Stopped running while driving, no signs before it stopped. 2.7 liter v6. Have spark in atleast the front 3 cylinders. I have fuel to the fuel rails with good pressure. Changed camshaft sensor, with no change. car rolls over good. Just no fires at all. Checked all fuses, they look ok. Also no fires when I apply ether. Can I have spark at the test outside of the cylinder and then no spark when in the cylinder. Could cylinder be to wet to fire. When I take out plug it is wet, but will still spark when grounded outside of cylinder. This is daughters vehicle and she let the battery run down. No codes to look at.

Thanks for your help.
